Design Sections

The Mon-Oakland Mobility Project will be designed and constructed in two phases pending the completion of the PWSA Four Mile Run Stormwater Improvement Project final design. Phase 1 begins in Oakland and includes the area between Junction Hollow and Four Mile Run with an extension to Greenfield Avenue. Phase 2 continues along Sylvan Avenue to Hazelwood. Phase 1 is being initiated first in conjunction with the Four Mile Run Stormwater Improvement Project, followed closely by the Sylvan Avenue section.
