The Pittsburgh Water & Sewer Authoirty (PWSA) in cooperation with the City of Pittsburgh Department of Mobility & Infrastructure submitted a Joint Permit Application to the US Army Corps of Engineers on December 3, 2020. The Joint Permit Application is now available for public review and comment in conjunction with the US Army Corps of Engineers comment period. The below plans related to the Mon-Oakland Mobility Project were included in the joint permit application.
